We are recruiting a Bartender on behalf of our client, a wonderful hotel in the scenic village of Arrochar.
We are delighted to be able to offer an immediate start for this position along with accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional levels of guest hospitality are always adhered to.
- Be responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services as required
- Excellence in service skills.
- Ensure all guest spaces are manned & stocked appropriately.
- Guest spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
- To report any maintenance requirements to the appropriate person to resolve quickly.
- Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety policy & in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
- To deal with colleagues openly and always promote mutual respect.
- Any other duties which from time to time are deemed appropriate of the post.
- To operate in accordance with priorities and compliance policies relating to Health and Safety, equal opportunities, and customer care.
About you:
- Always present yourself immaculately wearing the correct uniform.
- Experience in bar tending and also restaurant experience
- Attending to the needs of guests without exception in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- Have the maturity and ability to work alone and unsupervised when required.
- Have a clear knowledge of the hospitality industry and service skills.
This is a full-time position with varied hours, including weekend working.
