We are recruiting a Bartender on behalf of our client, a wonderful hotel in the scenic village of Arrochar.

We are delighted to be able to offer an immediate start for this position along with accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional levels of guest hospitality are always adhered to.
• Be responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services as required
• Excellence in service skills.
• Ensure all guest spaces are manned & stocked appropriately.
• Guest spaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
• To report any maintenance requirements to the appropriate person to resolve quickly.
• Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with Health and Safety policy & in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
• To deal with colleagues openly and always promote mutual respect.
• Any other duties which from time to time are deemed appropriate of the post.
• To operate in accordance with priorities and compliance policies relating to Health and Safety, equal opportunities, and customer care.

About you:

• Always present yourself immaculately wearing the correct uniform.
• Experience in bar tending and also restaurant experience
• Attending to the needs of guests without exception in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Have the maturity and ability to work alone and unsupervised when required.
• Have a clear knowledge of the hospitality industry and service skills.

This is a full-time position with varied hours, including weekend working.
