We are currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, working in a fabulous hotel in Perthshire.
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Running the kitchen efficiently
- Assisting with menu planning and development
- Maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards in line with regulations
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring minimal waste
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Working closely with senior chefs to deliver an outstanding dining experience for hotel guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and creative presentation
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- A great team player with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
