We are currently hiring Seasonal Labourers/Harvesters to join our clients team for Christmas seasonal work.

We are seeking seasonal workers to assist in the harvest and processing of Christmas trees for the upcoming holiday season. This position involves outdoor work in a farm or forest setting, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. Successful candidates will contribute to ensuring the quality and timely harvest of Christmas trees, supporting our goal to deliver festive products to our customers.

This role is a physically demanding and requires someone who is willing to work a lot of hours.

Responsibilities:

• Harvesting Christmas trees according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Trimming and pruning trees to meet quality standards.
• Loading and unloading trees onto trucks or carts.
• Sorting and grading trees based on size and appearance.
• Assisting with maintenance of harvesting equipment and tools.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Following safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including Christmas trees.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Previous experience in forestry, agriculture, or similar fields is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Seasonal position typically lasting from autumn through early winter.
• Outdoor work environment, potentially in rural or forested areas.
• Occasional weekend and extended hours may be required during peak harvesting times.
