We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Hygiene Operative on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of traditional Scottish Food Products, based in Buckie.

We are looking for a candidate with skills in Factory Hygiene Cleaning, Cleaning Chemicals and a strong knowledge of stripping down machinery for cleaning purposes.

Pay is dependant on experience.

Duties to include -

• Keeping all areas of the factory clean and tidy
• Stripping and cleaning factory equipment
• Rebuilding factory equipment after cleaning.
• Prepare for any requirements for the following day
• Wearing, company suppled, PPE, in accordance with health and safety and food safety requirements.
• Use of machinery and manual handling.
• Following all Health and Safety and Fire Procedures.

Experience in factory cleaning and cleaning chemical usage is essential.

Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and hard working.

This is a cold working environment due to refrigeration

Full-time Position - 40 hours per week

Shifts run Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm (shift patterns can be discussed)
