We are currently hiring for Fish Processing Operators on behalf of our Client, a leading seafood processing company located in Aberdeen.

Our client is known for their commitment to quality and sustainability, and specialise in preparing a wide range of seafood products for their customers worldwide. As they continue to grow, they are seeking dedicated individuals to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Baader machines to process fish according to company standards.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines.
• Ensure product quality and safety by following established procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Effective communication skills.

Starting at 7am and finishing at 4pm Monday to Friday with extra hours available most weekends.

All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, including safety boots, hair net, white overalls, sleeves, and apron

Starting Rate: £11.44/per hour
