We are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage staff on behalf of our client, working in a charming and traditional hotel in Grantown-on-Spey.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries or special requests.
- Handle guest payments and operate the cash register accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including familiarity with menus and drink offerings.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
This is a full-time position with varied hours, including weekend working and possible split shifts
Weekly Pay
Immediate start available
Live-in accommodation available, if required at an extra charge of £50.00 per week.
