We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Bartender/Front of House Server, for our clients team, at their stunning hotel, located in Perthshire.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge in cocktails, whiskies, and fine drinks, paired with exceptional customer service skills. You will be the face of the bar, offering recommendations, up-selling drinks, and ensuring that guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Provide expert recommendations on cocktails, whiskies, and wines, while confidently upselling drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including performing pipe cleanings and ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
- Bar service, helping to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, efficient, and enjoyable working environment.
- Stay informed on the latest drink trends and enhance the guest experience with your knowledge.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Extensive experience in a cocktail lounge or high-end bar environment, with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation, whiskies, wines, and spirits.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in conversational English, with a friendly, approachable demeanour and the ability to connect with guests.
- Team-Oriented: A team player who can also take initiative when necessary and assist with service as required.
- Attention to Detail: Knowledge of bar cleanliness and maintenance, including pipe cleaning, is a plus.
- Passion for Service: A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every customer feels special.

Hours & Benefits:
