We are currently recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a small client orientated firm based in Dingwall, Ross-shire.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the legal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal staff
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
- Communicate with clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion in handling confidential information
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
This position offers flexible working hours of 34.5 hours per week, days/hours flexible and can work around school hours if necessary.
