Office Administrator (Part-time) .

Inverness | £12.00-£12.60 per hour

We currently require a part time Office Administrator for an ongoing contract working with a local construction firm.

Working 18 hours per week over flexible days and times.

Responsibilities include:

Answering the phone and taking orders

Updating in house databases and basic paperwork (All training provided)

Promoting the business on all social media platforms

Assisting other departments when required.

Candidates must be competent with all of Microsoft Office and with Social Media Platforms.
