We are currently seeking dedicated Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a family-run meat processing business located in Bonar Bridge.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the production process.
Transport/Car Share can be provided for candidates on the following routes-
Route 1 = Dingwall, Scotsburn, Evanton, Alness, Invergordon & Tain + anywhere along this route.
Route 2 = Dornoch to Bonar Bridge.
Key Responsibilities:
Some Knife Skills: Further training will be offered.
Trimming Meat Products
Equipment Operation: Confidently use knives and additional cutting equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Cold Environment: Comfortably work in a cold environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper attire for the conditions.
Full-Time Hours: Work full-time hours, 5 to 6 days a week, with shifts running from 6 am to 3:30 pm or 7 am to 4:30 pm.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Requirements:
Comfortable in Cold Environments: Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
Previous experience working in a Food Processing/Production environment.
Availability: Full-time availability during the seasonal period.
Transportation: Ideally, candidates should have their own transportation due to the remote location of the facility, however the option of car sharing is available.
Benefits:
Starting hourly rate of £11.44, rate is depended on candidate experience.
Experience working in a family-run business with a supportive team.
