We are currently hiring Production Operative (nightshift) on behalf of our client, a leading producer of Smoked Salmon products who are based in Fort William, Scotland.

Duties to include -

• Processing Salmon, from the cured stage, to slicing the product and packaging ready for dispatch.
• Keeping all areas of the factory clean and tidy
• Prepare for any requirements for the following day
• Wearing, company suppled, PPE, in accordance with health and safety and food safety requirements.
• Full training including qualifications in hygiene, health & safety.
• Use of machinery and manual handling.
• Following all Health and Safety and Fire Procedures.

Full time position –

Working week would be 5 shifts covering 6 days on a rotational basis. Hours- 20:00 - 07:00 each shift.
