We are recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor on behalf of our client, working in their 5* luxury hotel, near Lochearnhead, Scotland.
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the fine dining restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for supervising the team, maintaining service excellence, and bringing your extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and whiskeys to enrich our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious dining experience for all guests.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of skilled staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Maintain and elevate the quality of service, adhering to our fine dining standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure harmonization between food and beverage offerings.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: As a supervisor in a fine dining restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attitude: Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
