We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Site Manager ideally from an M & E background.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage and oversee mechanical and electrical installation works on a key construction project. The role is for an initial 12-week contract, with potential for extension based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the site works.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.
• Liaise with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management on construction projects.
• Ability to manage a team, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Building Services, or related fields (e.g. HNC/HND, degree, etc.).
• Valid SMSTS Qualification.

CSCS qualification is not required for this role.
